Klutch Digital Marketing was built by a marketing practitioner — not a vendor — who spent decades on the inside of dealerships and agencies before building the platform he always wished existed.
With 26 years in business, 20+ years in automotive, and 16+ years in marketing, Kraig Atkins built Klutch Digital out of firsthand frustration with the vendor landscape. Too many tools. Too little accountability. Too much markup for too little result.
Kraig spent years working with Strong Automotive — one of the country's leading dealer marketing agencies — before building his own platform focused on what actually moves the needle: reputation, data, automation, and accountability.
Today Klutch serves dealerships, service businesses, and multi-location brands with a growing suite of integrated products that work together on a single platform. No agency bloat. No 12-vendor chaos. Just tools that work, managed by someone who knows your business.
Years of experience working with one of the country's most respected dealer marketing agencies, managing campaigns across major dealer groups nationwide.
Deep brand-level knowledge across both domestic OEM families — understanding franchise standards, co-op requirements, and what dealers actually need to move metal.
Worked with dealer groups across the country with multiple rooftops — from single-point independents to large multi-franchise operations.
Klutch operates lean and remote — meaning lower overhead and more value delivered directly to clients, not absorbed by office costs and agency bloat.
No vendor pitch. Just a conversation about what actually helps your business.
No pressure, no pitch deck. Just a straight conversation about where you are and what Klutch can do for you.
We typically respond within one business day.

Klutch Digital Marketing ("Klutch," "we," "us") provides marketing, reputation, communication, and analytics services to businesses — primarily automotive dealerships ("Clients"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It covers everything we operate: our websites, the Klutch platform, the Klutch Pixel, email and text-message campaigns, call tracking, review management, and our integrations with Google and Meta.
Our Clients may place the Klutch Pixel — a small piece of code — on their websites to understand how visitors use their site. When you visit a site that uses the Klutch Pixel, we collect: pages viewed and page titles, the website that referred you, campaign tags (UTM parameters), the date and time of your visits, your device and browser type, screen size, and a randomly generated visitor identifier stored in your browser. We store only a shortened, hashed version of your IP address — never the full address. If you identify yourself on the site — for example by submitting a form containing your email address, or by arriving from an email we sent on the Client's behalf — your email address may be associated with your visit history for that Client.
Clients provide us customer records from their own systems (such as dealer management and customer relationship systems, or uploaded files) so we can perform services for them. These records may include name, email address, phone number, postal address, and vehicle or transaction information. We process this information on the Client's behalf as their service provider.
When we send email or text messages on a Client's behalf, we record delivery outcomes and engagement: whether a message was delivered, opened, or clicked; bounces; unsubscribe and opt-out requests; and replies such as STOP messages. For tracked phone numbers, we record call metadata: the caller's number, call time, duration, and outcome (answered or missed). We do not record call audio.
With Client authorization, we access business reviews and related public content through the Google Business Profile API and Meta (Facebook) Platform, including reviewer names, ratings, review text, and recommendation status, in order to monitor and respond to reviews on the Client's behalf.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: (a) the Client on whose behalf it was collected; (b) service providers that help us operate — including Google Cloud (hosting and data processing), Mailgun (email delivery), Twilio (text and voice), Google, and Meta — each bound to use the data only to provide their service; and (c) authorities when required by law. If we engage data partners to enhance Client marketing in the future, any such data will be obtained and used in accordance with applicable law and this policy.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data accessed through Google Business Profile is used solely to provide review-management services to the authorizing Client.
Our use of data received from Meta's Platform complies with the Meta Platform Terms. We access Facebook Page data (including reviews and recommendations) only for Pages that a Client has connected, and only to provide reputation-management services to that Client. You may request deletion of data we obtained through Meta by contacting us (Section 8); we also honor Meta's data-deletion callback requests automatically.
Text messages are sent only to individuals whose consent has been obtained in accordance with applicable law. Message frequency varies by program. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link and honors one-click unsubscribe. Opt-outs take effect promptly and are maintained on permanent suppression lists. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
Email kraig@klutchdigitalmarketing.com for privacy questions, access or deletion requests, or to opt out. We respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, honor suppression obligations (opt-out records are kept so opt-outs persist), and meet legal requirements. Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States with access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege practices.
Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted here.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the services, software, websites, and tools provided by Klutch Digital Marketing ("Klutch," "we," "us"), including the Klutch platform and its products — marketing email (Turbo), website visitor analytics and identity (Radar and the Klutch Pixel), reputation and review management (Reviews), call tracking, mystery shopping (Shop), text messaging programs, and related reporting (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, or by signing an order or agreement that references these Terms, you ("Client") agree to them.
Klutch provides marketing technology and managed services to businesses. Features may be added, changed, or retired as the platform evolves. Descriptions of individual products are available from Klutch and may be supplemented by order forms or statements of work.
Messaging programs operated through the Services support required keywords: recipients may reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing. Client is responsible for the content of its messaging programs and for consent as described in Section 2.
As between the parties, Client owns its customer data. Klutch processes it to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Klutch owns the platform, its software, aggregated and de-identified usage statistics, and data Klutch collects independently of Client data. Upon termination, Klutch will, on request, delete Client data within a commercially reasonable period, except records retained to honor opt-outs or as required by law.
Portions of the Services depend on third-party platforms (including Google, Meta, Twilio, and Mailgun). Klutch is not responsible for the availability, decisions, or policy changes of third-party platforms. Client authorizes Klutch to access third-party accounts (such as Google Business Profile or Facebook Pages) that Client connects, solely to provide the Services.
Fees are as stated in the applicable order, proposal, or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable once the service period has begun. Third-party pass-through costs (such as telephone numbers or data services) may be itemized separately.
Unless an order states otherwise, Services run month-to-month and either party may terminate with notice before the next billing period. Klutch may suspend Services immediately for non-payment, legal risk, or violation of these Terms.
The Services are provided "as is." Klutch does not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, delivery rates, review results, match rates, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klutch disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, and Klutch's total liability arising out of the Services is limited to the fees paid by Client for the three (3) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Client will defend and indemnify Klutch against third-party claims arising from Client's data, Client's messaging content, or Client's breach of Section 2.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflicts rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stands. These Terms plus any order form are the entire agreement regarding the Services. Klutch may update these Terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
